William Vance Whitehill, 59, formerly of West Union, departed this life on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in Saint Albans. He was born July 31, 1953 in West Union a son of William George Whitehill, Rock Run, West Union and the late Roberta Shelby Whitehill. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Whitehill. He is survived by his step mother, Terri Whitehill, Rock Run,West Union. He was a Catholic by faith.

Mr. Whitehill was cremated and there will be no services.
