Also surviving are two daughters, Jennifer Stout, Mansfield, OH, Corrinna Fullmer, West Union, three sons, Jason Stout, KY, Roland Fullmer and his wife Crystal, Greenwood, Christopher Fullmer, West Union, one sister Tammy Black-Rex and her husband Andrew, Mansfield, OH, three brothers, Corey Black, Columbus, OH, Trent Black and his wife Beth, Columbus, OH, Michael Lane, Mansfield, OH, adopted mother, Ma Sharon Smarr Walker and husband Ron, ex-wife, Margie Truax Stout, West Union, mother-in-law, Patricia Truax, West Union, two nieces, Mackenzie Black, Sophia Black, both of Columbus, OH, two nephews, Nathan Black, Columbus, OH, Dusty Lane, Mansfield, OH and his pride and joy grandbaby, Scarlet.

Brad was a self employed contractor. He devoted himself to the people who loved him. He would give the shirt off his back to a person who needed it and did a lot for people and asked only friendship. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, classic cars and helping his Ma with anything she needed. He loved his friends dearly and for his true friends the sky was the limit. Brad will be greatly missed for these reasons.

At his request he was cremated. Brad did not want a public memorial service because he did not want people gathering and pretending that they cared when they did not seem to care while he was living. There will be a private gathering for his family and friends at his home at a later date. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Stout family.
