Victor Goff Stinespring, 74 of Pennsboro passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital with family by his side. He was born January 20, 1951, in West Union son of the late Charter Dale Stinespring I and Mary Jane Minnis Stinespring. Victor graduated from Doddridge County High School, Class of 1969 and Salem College. He retired from H.G. Energy as a supervisor in the oil and gas industry for over thirty years. Victor enjoyed collecting knives, fishing, playing guitar, and doing photography. He was a member of the West Union Baptist Church, and a 24-year member of Friendship Lodge #56 AF&AM of West Union. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Pamela “Pam” Renae Hall Stinespring whom he married on April 14, 1979; one son, Michael Goff Stinespring (Shelli), Oxford; four grandchildren, Nicole Leann van der Klooster (Robert), Tiffani Lynn Stinespring (Tyler Hanna), Charley Victoria Stinespring (Julian Harrington), James Leo Stinespring; one brother, Charter Dale Stinespring II (Stephanie), Arthurdale. In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Mikiah April Prim Stinespring. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home – West Union, 212 Front Street, West Union on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 3-7PM and on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 9:00AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00AM with Pastor Adam Cheeseman officiating. Interment will follow at the Stinespring Family Cemetery where full masonic graveside rites will be conducted by Friendship Lodge #56 AF&AM of West Union.
