Sue Ellen Costilow

Sue Ellen Costilow, 76 of West Union (Sunnyside Community) departed this life on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 in the United Hospital Center following a two week illness. She was born on November 1, 1935 in West Union a daughter of the late Rexal and Thelma Freeman Underwood.

Surviving is one son, Greg Maxson, Decatur, GA, one Aunt, Katy Bologa, OH, her former husbands, Charles Maxson and Conrad Costilow, West Union. One sister JoAnn Calhoun preceded her in death.

Mrs. Costilow was employed by the West Union Bank for 45 years, and retired as the Manager of the Salem Branch. She enjoyed traveling with her friends and family.

Private funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front St. West Union with Evangelist Terry Varner presiding. Interment will be in the Freeman Cemetery, Rt. 18 N. West Union.
