Shirley Lee Bollinger

Shirley Lee Bollinger, 66 of Main St. West Union departed this life on Friday, May 22, 2020 in the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. She was born on May 16, 1954 in Parkersburg a daughter of the late Mansfield Jones and Wanda Hickman. She was preceded in death by her husband John Bollinger.



Surviving are two sons, John Gregg and companion Lorrie, Salem, Mike Gregg and wife Stacey, WA state, two sisters, Mary Riggs, Fairmont, Ruby Ocasio and husband John, Lititz, PA, and several nieces and nephews. One sister Gladys Lipscomb preceded her in death.



Shirley was a former employee of Walter Moyer Manufacturing, Ephrata, PA as a seamstress, and former employee of the Doddridge County Senior Citizens Fitness Center as an instructor. She enjoyed reading and was a member of Emanuel United Methodist Church.





Graveside services will be conducted in the Harmony Cemetery, Pennsboro on Tuesday May 26, 2020 at 2 p.m. with Pastor David McCauley presiding. The family will receive friends in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 56 Front St. West Union on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Bollinger family.
