Ronald R Rowland

Ronald R Rowland, 82, of Wilbur, went home to be with the Lord on April 22, 2024 following an extended illness.

He was born on December 27, 1941 in Salem, a son of the late Bert P Rowland Jr and Frances Ellen Robbins Rowland.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Deborah Menges, of Elkhart, IN and Shelly Tudor and her husband, Ed of Bruceton Mills, WV; granddaughters, Rainelle, Bethany and Cameron Menges of Elkhart, IN, and grandson, Eddie Tudor of Bruceton Mills, WV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Reva Dawn Williamson Rowland on January 19, 2023.

He graduated from Doddridge County High School, Class of 1960. He retired from Ormet with 38 years of service. Ronald was a member of Arnolds Creek Christian Church. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, trapping and traveling.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home -West Union, 212 Front Street, West Union, WV, on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 1:00 – 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM with Rev Lemoyne Horner and Harlond Mulvay officiating. Interment will follow at Masonic Memorial Park, West Union, WV.
