Patsy Lea Trader

Patsy Lea Trader, 77 of Lincolnton, NC formerly of West Union departed this life on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the residence of her daughter surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 29, 1942 at Shirley, Tyler County a daughter of the late Cecil and Mabel Marie Kimball Bunting. She is preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Trader.



Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Carpenter and husband Dan, Lincolnton, N.C. Maxine Jones and husband Donnie, Vale, N.C. twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren, sisters, Linda Randolph, Smithburg, Donna Randolph, Diane Randolph, Anna Randolph all of England's Run Rd., brothers, Ray Bunting, Jo Bunting both of West Union, Donald Bunting, Vale, N.C. She was also preceded in death by two sons, David Earl Trader and Wilbur Darryl Trader.



Mrs. Trader was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and watching the History Channel.



Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 56 Front St. West Union on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Center Point Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Sunday January 19, 2020 from 4-8 p.m. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Trader family.
