Patricia "Pat" Ann Lacy

Patricia Ann Lacy 72 of West Union departed this life at her home on September 11, 2018. She was born in Parkersburg on October 10, 1945 a daughter of the late Flora Ann Swiger, RN and the late Arlen L. Swiger and Mary E. Swiger, Salem. She is the beloved wife of Ralph M. Lacy for 55 years married on April 13, 1963. Wonderful mother to Sadie A. Wright and husband Andrew, Las Vegas, NV, Leah M. Perkins and husband Duane, New Milton, Shannon A. Dixon and husband John, Washington, WV. Blessed with grandchildren, Ashley B. Dahl and husband Justin, Dustin M. Towner, Lacy A. Perkins, Ainsley P. Dixon and Jaslynn M. Dixon; great grandchildren, Jackson E. Dahl and Anniston B. Dahl. She is also survived by her brother, Arlen "Al" Swiger, sister, Barbara Hudkins (Mike) both of Salem, sister-in-law, Rebecca Lacy (Netta), Savannah, GA, brother-in-law Larry Lacy (Kay), Clifton Forge, VA and several nieces, nephews and cousins.



Patricia known by most as Pat was an incredible homemaker, who loved her flowers, her music, pets, reading and most of all her family and friends. The family would like to thank Pastor Linda Muhly, Dr. Ali, all the special nurses and hospice team for their compassion and care and Spurgeon Funeral Home for handling the arrangements.
