Norman Gene Costilow

Norman Gene Costilow, 63 of Cheuvront Ave. West Union departed this life on Friday, November 27, 2015 in the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center. On June 23, 2006 he married Judy Maxwell Costilow who preceded him in death on December 7, 2013. He was born on March 25,1952 a son of the late Elsie Ray "Jack" Costilow and Irene Smith Costilow Jamison .

He is survived by his mother and father-in-law Donald and Pauline Hall, West Union, Uncle Dennis Smith, Weston and Cousin Conrad Costilow, West Union; and several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. He was preceded in death by one brother, Leonard Costilow and one sister, Helen Fox.

He had worked as a carpenter and painter. Norman was a U. S. Marine Corp Veteran.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front St. West Union on Wednesday December 2, 2015 at 1:00PM with Pastor Joe Schneider presiding. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, West Union. The family will receive friends after 11AM Wednesday until time of service. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Costilow family.
