MARY VIRGINIA BRITTON BEE

Our beloved mother and friend, Mary Virginia Britton Bee, 78, departed our world on Oct. 18, 2015 in her home. She was born in Doddridge County on December 26, 1936.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Richard Bee; parents, Richie and Pauline Britton; in-laws, Sam and Ina Bee; siblings: DonnaMae Britton Ireland, Cecil Britton, Allen Britton, William (Bill) Britton. Surviving is one sister, Alberta (Bert) Britton Vanscoy, whom Mary loved very much. Surviving, but heartbroken, are 8 children and their families: Lewis (Lewie) Bee, and wife Kathy, Richard (Buzz) Bee and wife Cheryl, Samuel (Sam) Bee and wife Denice, Lloyd Andrew (Andy) Bee and wife Angie, Marilyn Bee Smith and husband Neil, George Bee and wife Terrie, John (Johnny) Bee and wife Pauline (passed April 6, 2008) and wife Donna Bee (passed Jan. 6, 2012), Crystal Bee Powell and husband Tim; 16 grandchildren: Stephanie, Rebecca, Benji, Nicole, Brian Scott Bee (passed on Aug. 26, 1992), Michelle, Andrea, Andrew, Ashley, Heather, Joshua, Angel, Daniel, Brooke, Brittany, and Holden; 12 great-grandchildren: Alexander James, Amelia Grace, Logan, Taylor, Tyler, Madelynn, Eric, Avah, Castiel, Hunter, Haven, Divinity, Hunter, Harper, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mary was a wife, mother, and friend to many. She lived life enjoying many things along the way such as gardening, sewing, cooking, reading a good book, and going to lots of yard sales. She found joy in seeing how well her children grew and their families that gave her unconditional love. Each and every one of her family and friends was dear to her heart and always wanted them to know that. Mary was saved and went to be with our Savior. God is greater than any problem that I have was something that she always said and believed.
