Mary Helen Dial

Mary Helen Dial, 73 of Rube Leggett Road, New Milton, departed this life on Friday, April 1, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She
was born on September 4, 1937 in Princess Ann, MD a daughter of the late William C. and Gladys M. Hurd Roach. On September 16, 1953 she married William Charles Dial Sr. who preceded her in death on December 1, 2005.

Surviving are four daughters, Sandra K. Davis and husband Brad, Glenville, Patricia Lynn Smith and husband Butch, New Milton, Carolyn Sue Rudderforth and husband Benjamin, Shadyside, MD, Deborah A. Thomas and husband Jay, Harwood, MD, one son, William Dial Jr. and wife Lorri, Coatesville, PA, fourteen grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, two sisters, Joyce Darby, Wrightsville, PA, Linda Wise, Georgetown, DE, several nieces and nephews and her companion, Carl N. Harding. Two grandchildren preceded her in death.

Mrs. Dial retired from Anne Arundel Community College, Computer Science Department. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
