Loretta Sue Cunningham

Loretta Sue Cunningham, 54 of Pennsboro passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Camden Clark Hospital. She was born March 23, 1970 in Clarksburg, WV, daughter of the late Charles Richard and Helen Louise Greathouse Nicholson. Loretta was a Home Health Aide with Doddridge County Senior Center. She enjoyed fishing and playing pool.  She is survived by one daughter, Latisha Shifflett (Robert Jr), Grafton; two grandchildren, Hayden Shifflett and Liliana “Lily” Shifflett; seven siblings, Clifton Nicholson, Beverly, OH, Everett Nicholson, Beckley, WV, Leon Nicholson, Baltimore, MD, Lloyd “Dale” Nicholson, Beverly, OH, Donald “Flip” Nicholson, Beckley, WV, Gary Nicholson, Pennsboro, and Jerry Nicholson, Beverly, OH; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Loretta is preceded in death her husband, Kenneth “Bucky” Marlin Cunningham III on June 23, 2017; one sister, Virginia Louise Nicholson.  Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home West Union on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 3-7PM and on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 9:00AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM with Rev David Simons officiating.
