Lewis David McMullen,66, of W. Main St., West Union departed this life on Thursday, July 5, 2012 in the United Hospital Center. He was born on February 26, 1946 at Wolf Summit a son of the late Lewis Milton and Julia Randolph McMullen.
Surviving are two sisters, Alice Harris, Clarksburg, Mary Griffin Louisville, OH, and nieces and nephews.
Mr. McMullen had been employed by Myles Manufacturing as a laborer.
David was cremated and there will be no services. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the McMullen family.
