Karen Kay Sponaugle, 70, of Fallen Timber Rd, Troy departed this life on Sunday, May 18, 2014 in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial, Weston. She was born April 20, 1944 a daughter of the late Archie and Frankie Greenlief Langford. She was married to Carlos Sponaugle who preceded her in death in 1996.
She is survived by two sons, Aaron Langford, Carlos Sponaugle, both of Fallen Timber Rd., one sister, Barbara R. Lowther, New Milton, three brothers, Gerald Byron (Jerry) Langford and wife Juanita, East Lake, OH, Jay Langford and wife Juanita, Harrisville, James Charles Langford, and wife Jean, Painsville, OH. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jane Lowther, Iona Joan Cole, one brother, Jackson Langford, brother-in-law, Marion Lowther, four nephews and one great nephew.
Karen had worked as a caregiver for 10 years and loved animals, fishing and outdoor activities.
