Julie Ann Berger, 56 of Columbia St. West Union departed this life on Friday, July 8, 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 27, 1959 at Akron, OH to the late Harold and Vista Wandalee Asher Scott. Her fianc Dick Davis survives.

Surviving are one daughter, Lisa Scott and finance Ray Hart, West Union, two grandchildren, Kole and Kale Hart, three sisters, Barbara Jo Scott, Judy Lynn Jones and husband Kelvin, Janet Scott Bee and husband Toby all of Salem, two brothers, John William Scott, Ashville, NC, James Harold Scott, Clarksburg, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Gerald Ray Scott and one sister, Beverly Jean Scott.
