Judith Ann Costilow

Judith Ann Costilow, 56 of Cheuvront Ave., West Union departed this life on Saturday, December 7, 2013 in the United Hospital Center. She was born in Clarksburg on December 19, 1956 a daughter of Pauline Gum Maxwell Hall, West Union and the late Rolla W. Maxwell. She is survived by her husband Norman Costilow.

Also surviving is her step-father, Donald Hall, West Union, two step-sisters, Betty Jane McCoy and husband Bobby, Enterprise, Linda McClure, and husband Ed, Buckhannon, one step-brother, Ronald K. Hall, Weston. One brother, David Maxwell and step-brother, Donald Hall preceded her in death.

Judy was a 1974 graduate of Doddridge County High School. She was employed by Doddridge County Senior Citizens in the Home Health Department. Judy was a Lifetime Member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #3408, West Union. She enjoyed fishing.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home, 212 Front St., West Union on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11:00AM with Pastor David Watson presiding. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Blockhouse. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from 4-8PM.
