Helen Marie Todd

Helen Marie Todd, 67 of W. Main St. West Union departed this life on Sunday, October 30, 2016 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 20, 1949 in Hamlin a daughter of the late Willard and Georgia Elkins Willis. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Garfield Todd.

Surviving are four sons, Mike Todd and wife Cindy, West Union, Tommy Todd, Pennsboro, David Todd, Mt. Olive, Gary Todd and wife Yolanda, Sistersville, four grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, one sister, Ruby Anderson, Hamlin, two brothers, Wayne Willis, West Union, Roger Willis, Chicago, IL and several nieces and nephews. One daughter, Peggy Britton, one sister and three brothers preceded her in death.

Mrs. Todd was a homemaker. She was a Christian and enjoyed attending church. Helen was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front. St. West Union on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1:00PM with Pastor Ralph Washington presiding. Interment will follow in the Wilbur Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 4-8PM and after 9AM on Thursday until time of service.
