Harvey Stanford Randolph

Harvey Stanford Randolph Sr. 72 of Doe Run, West Union departed this life on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. He was born on August 28, 1944 at Rockford a son of the late Charles Birdsell and Sylvia B. Nutter Randolph.

Surviving are one son, Harvey S. Randolph, Jr., Canton, OH, one daughter, Priscilla Randolph, Greenwood, one sister, Beverly Whitecotton, Cairo, one first cousin, Sandra Randolph, Washington, DC step mother, Sally Dean Randolph, West Union. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry A. Randolph and Larry Gene Randolph.

Mr. Randolph had worked as a meat cutter, builder, repairman and painter. Harvey had also worked for Salem College and the Doddridge County Senior Citizens. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was protestant.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front St. West Union on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 1:00PM. Interment will follow in the 7th Day Baptist Cemetery, Lost Creek. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel after 11AM on Tuesday until time of service. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Randolph family.
