Francis Hayes Obituary

Francis Hayes, 66, of Columbia St., West Union departed this life on Monday, January 26, 2015 in his residence. He was born December 25, 1948 in Salem a son of the late Mildred Hayes.

He is survived by two brothers, Everett Hayes, North Carolina, Ira Hayes, Salem, two sisters, Minnie Davis, Salem, Geraldine Barker, West Union and several nieces and nephews.

Francis loved fishing and the outdoors. Francis was a very giving person and loved to help others.

Graveside services will be conducted at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1PM with Pastor David McCauley officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.spurgeonfunerals.com. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Hayes family.
