Florence “Flo” Elaine Behanna

Florence “Flo” Elaine Behanna 65, of West Union passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at United Hospital Center.

Flo was born November 9, 1959 in Kaloosa, FL daughter of the late Carl Stephen and Ellen Marie Highland Cain.

Flo graduated from South Harrison High School. She had worked as a caregiver for the Doddridge County Senior Center. Flo enjoyed reading especially her bible or anything religious, gardening, her pot belly pig “Ollie” that passed and her dog “Tasha” who is at home. 

Flo is survived by her husband, Harold Gregory Behanna whom she married on October 5, 2012; five children, Kiefer Wagner, Jeremi Wagner (Tracy), Arlene Starr (Ryan), Matthew Behanna (Adara), Justin Behanna; five grandchildren, Darren, Austin, Hannah, Dallas, Eric, Landon, and Nevaeh; three great grandchildren; one brother, Steven Cain;  

In addition to her parents, Flo was preceded in death by one sister, Cathy Phelps.
