Eva Maria LaFalce

Eva Maria LaFalce, 51of Ralphs Run Rd. West Union departed this life on Thursday, November 15, 2012 in the United Hospital Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 13, 1961 in Warren, OH a daughter of Sarah Sally Mae McKibben Bland, West Union and the late Lester R. Bland. On September 6, 1986 she married Anthony LaFalce who preceded her in death on March 23, 1996.

Surviving is one daughter, Ashlie LaFalce, West Union, three sisters, Mary Grace Lockney and husband Henry, Niles, OH, Cindy Hamilton and husband Rick and Kim Bland, both of West Union, three brothers, Lester Bland and wife Sheryl, Shinnston, James Bland and wife Mary, Cyril, OK, Daniel Alexander and wife Kathy, Pierpont, OH and several nieces and nephews.

Eva was a former employee of the California School Systems with 20 years service. She attended Faith Baptist Church. Eva enjoyed watching Ashlie play sports and spending time with her family. Her sense of humor and her ability to make others laugh will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front St. West Union on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 6:30PM with Pastor Jim Messenger presiding. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 2PM until time of service.
