Doris Faye (Forinash) Wiseman

Doris Faye (Forinash) Wiseman, 66 of West Union passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. Doris was born June 3, 1958 in Huttonsville, WV, daughter of the late Ralph Francis and Avis Irene Butterfield Forinash. 

Doris graduated from Tygarts Valley High School and Fairmont State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Development. She worked at Doddridge County Family Support Center as Director. She was a member of Fairview Church and Board Member with the Doddridge County Chamber of Commerce where she was very active. She loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, and her dogs.  

Doris is survived by her two sons, Michael Jeffery Wiseman and wife Natasha, Johnny Allen Wiseman; one granddaughter, Rachel Dawn Wiseman; several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, William Arnold Wiseman on October 2, 2011; brother, Major David Ralph Forinash; and sister, Donna Forinash Somers.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, West Union on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 2pm until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 4:00 pm with Minister John Kopshina II officiating.
