Donna Marie Totter

Donna Marie Totter, 78 of West Union, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at River Oaks Healthcare Center. She was born on February 13, 1947 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late Robert Earl Palmer Sr and Velma Marie Sayre Palmer. Donna worked as a cook at Mother Goose Land for over ten years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, and watching cooking shows on TV. She loved spending time with family, especially the grandchildren. Donna is survived by her companion, Richard B Kinney, West Union; her three daughters, LaDonna Rinehart (Richard) Clarksburg, Tina Richards (Richard Kelly) West Union, Susan Carroll (Chris) West Union; six grandchildren, RJ Carroll  partner, Lacie, Alicia Rinehart, Christopher Carroll, partner Sonya, Sara Smith (Tommy) Christina Carroll, partner Chris and Johnathan Carroll; nine great grandchildren, Cole, Aden, Allie, Jax, Kylie, Axl, Coyote, Kynslee, and Autumn; four siblings, Robert E Palmer Jr (Alma), Ellen Hoban (Mike), Wendy Lemasters (Larry), Cheryl Lemasters (James); several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Henry Amos Richards Jr, and second husband, Andrew F Totter. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home West Union, 212 Front Street West Union WV on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 3:00 PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 6:00PM with Pastor Lou Ortenizo officiating.
