Donald Hall Obituary

Donald Clarence Hall, 40 of Ellenboro formerly of West Union departed this life on August 5, 2011 at the Hawk Riverside Cabins in Mingo County. He was born on October 11, 1970 in Clarksburg a son of Donald L. Hall of West Union and the late Martha Ann Reider.

Surviving are one daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Hall, Pennsboro, step mother, Pauline M. Hall, West Union, one brother, Ronald K. Hall, Weston, two sisters, Linda McClure and husband, Edwin, Buckhannon, Betty Jane McCoy and husband, Bobby, Shinnston, step sister, Judith Ann Costilow and husband, Norman, West Union, aunts & uncles, Gary Hall and wife Terry, Shirley Masto and husband David, John Hall and wife, Loretta, Jerry and Pat Hall, Dale Crim and Cecil Jenkins, nieces and nephews, John, Angie and husband Joey, Melissa, Samantha and husband Brad. One-step brother David Brooks Maxwell preceded him in death.

Donald graduated from Doddridge County High School in 1989 and the United Technical Center with a Diploma in Auto Mechanics. In1992 he graduated and received a Diploma from Northwestern Auto Diesel College in Lima, OH where he had perfect attendance. He worked for several dealerships as a mechanic for 17 years. Don was currently employed by Blue Mountain Rental as a mechanic. He enjoyed power sports and reading all sports magazines.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front Street West Union on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 1:00PM with Pastor Robert Swiger presiding. Interment will follow in the Blockhouse Hill I.O.O.F. Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 2-8PM and after 9AM on Wednesday until time of service.
