Delores Margaret Weekley

Delores Margaret Weekley, 81 of Douglas Run Rd. West Union departed this life on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born at Cleveland, OH on November 05, 1936 a daughter of the late George and Margaret Royster Yelenic. On October 20, 1956 she married Homer L. Weekley who survives.



Also surviving are one daughter, Pamela Weekley, one son Samuel Weekley and wife Paula all of West Union, grandchildren, Jeff Mandagelo, Melissa and Sean Kittlesen, Austin and Alyssa Weekley, great grandchildren, Autum Kittlesen, Deven and Emma Young and Avery Kittlesen, one brother, Karl Meier, Thompson, OH. Two brothers, Butch and Tommy Yelenic preceded her in death.



Mrs. Weekley had worked for United County Real Estate for several years. She enjoyed riding horses and had been involved in Competitive Trail Riding. Delores enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Blandville United Methodist Church



A Celebration of Life service will be conducted in the Blandville United Methodist Church 4201 W.V. Rt. 18 South West Union on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:00PM with Pastor Bill Davis presiding. The family will receive friends in the church one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Blandville United Methodist Church. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Weekley family.
