Delbert Smith Osborne

West Union-Delbert Smith Osborne, 85 of Harmony Rd., West Union departed this life on March 28, 2013 in his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on December 20, 1927 in Logan County a son of the late Sanford and Josie Gibson Osborne. On October 23, 1951 he married Barbara Gibson Osborne who survives.

Also surviving is two sons, Willie Osborne and wife Velva, Oceana, Ullie Osborne and wife Linda, West Union, three daughters, Cornalla Flowers and husband Mike, Moneta, VA, Debby Farley and husband Randall, West Union, Lillian Martin, West Union, 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Delbert was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
