Cynthia Rose Means, 50, of New Milton passed away suddenly surrounded by her family in the early morning hours of May 27, 2018 at United Hospital Center. She was a member of Blacklick Baptist Church and had a passion for Christ.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Kevin; her three children, Jordan ( Charise) Joseph, Justin Joseph and Jenna (Malachi) Shank; two step daughters, Cassidy and Kayla Means; parents, Buck and Violet Payton Sandstrom; two brothers, Phillip and Mick Syck; five sisters, Ersa Skjerli, Martha Jones, Valerie Dimick, Mary Laster and Myla Thorpe; father and mother in-law, Clinton and Nancy Means; two uncles, Dale and Alan Payton; and her german shepherd, Maggie.
Cindy was a Doddridge County native who loved Jesus, her family, a fresh cup of coffee and fishing. She never met a stranger and wouldn't hesitate to give the shirt off her back to someone in need. Her goal in life was to be a good wife, mother and a soul winner, all of which she surpassed by a country mile. She will be dearly missed.
