Charles "Charlie" Nesler

Charlie Nesler, 70, of Arnolds Creek Rd., West Union departed this life on Sunday, June 23, 2013 in Charlotte, NC. He was born on September 13, 1942 a son of the late Edgar and Frances Davis Nesler. On January 17, 1962 he married Mary Lee Knight Nesler who survives.



Also surviving is one son, Eddie Nesler, Charlotte, NC, one sister, Delores Kimball, West Union, two brothers, Terry Nesler, St. James City, FL, Clint Nesler, Bridgeport, several nieces and nephews. One infant brother, Donald Nesler and one sister Florence Clark preceded him in death.

Mr. Nesler was the owner /operator of Nesler's Well Service Inc. and Nesler's Wells, LLC for 40 years. He was a member of the WV Independent Oil & Gas Association. He enjoyed hunting and was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation Association of WV.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 212 Front St. West Union on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 10:00AM with Pastor Jim Messenger presiding. Interment will follow in the Masonic Memorial Park, West Union. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 4-8PM.
