Barbara Allen Digman Fox

Barbara Allen Digman Fox, 79, of New Milton, passed away in Parkersburg on Friday, January 12, 2024.  She was born on December 18, 1944 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Seldon Digman and Bertha Allen Digman.

She is survived by two children, Kathy Dotson of New Milton and James H. Kearns of Big Flint; grandchildren, James Kearns, Jr., Kevin Eric Wilkinson and his husband Billy of Pittsburgh, Joey Kearns, Misty Clark and husband Rodney, Tinker Kearns and wife Destiny; great grandchildren, Karter, James and Hunter Kearns; one sister, Savannah Anderson of Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sons, Bobby Kearns and Wayne Welch; and one sister, Nancy Harris; one brother Junior Digman; and her fur baby, Lucy.

Barbara worked as a housekeeper for Americare nursing facility as well as helping at the Senior Citizens Center in Salem.  She was also a grandmother at Doddridge County Elementary.  Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family and going to church.
